Long Lake Insurance acquires assets of Simpli Insurance Group
Long Lake Insurance has announced that as of April 1, 2020, they have purchased the insurance brokerage assets of Simpli Insurance Group, located in Bruno, Wakaw, and Viscount, Saskatchewan.
“This purchase will allow us to expand our services to all of the communities and clients that have been served by both agencies,” says Scott Frizzell, Managing Partner of Long Lake Insurance. “Simpli Insurance Group has roots going back to 1957 and has longevity in their communities.”
The current Simpli Insurance Group staff will be joining the Long Lake Insurance team and will continue to deliver the service that their clients have come to know and expect. Carlyle Sholter will assume the role of Managing Broker for the Bruno, Wakaw and Viscount offices. “I’m very excited about this announcement,” says Carlyle Sholter. “Recently I began discussions with Long Lake Insurance to see how they could assist us and our clients moving into the future. It became clear, very quickly, that by becoming part of this larger insurance agency it would allow us to expand our services and customer service model to all of the communities and clients that we currently serve.”
“Over the next several months, customers will begin to see some changes as we integrate our operations,” says Frizzell. “Rest assured, we will do our best to keep all of the changes as seamless for you as possible. Our focus is and always has been on building strong, lasting relationships and being there when you need us most.”
